Hello, I am Eleanor Brown, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over thirty years of experience working in the mental health field. Are you looking for an experienced nonjudgmental therapist? I am here to provide you with support, guidance, and a safe place for you to heal. I provide individual therapy for adults, teenagers, and geriatrics. I work with those suffering from anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, anger, ADHD, relationship issues, career changes, and co-occurring issues. My eclectic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and client-centered.
