I will provide that place for you.
Navigating through the transitions in life can be tricky, even frightening at times. Stress, anxiety, depression, losses, relationship difficulties all interfere with a satisfying, meaningful life. I have learned a great deal from the people who walk into my office. I listen closely and together we sort out what really matters and develop a plan.
I work within a multidisciplinary group--psychiatrists, social workers, educational specialists and other psychologists, should a referral be appropriate. With me most days are Toby and Alice--my therapy dogs. Serious as it is to undertake treatment, along with the work come opportunities to laugh and have some fun. I look forward to working together!
