I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan to better understand emotions, patterns, and relationships.

I’m not here to judge or rush you — I’m here to listen, help you make sense of what’s going on, and support meaningful change at a pace that feels right. I also like to use humor when appropriate to lighten things up and make therapy feel approachable and real.
