We are a small private practice with four therapists. This has allowed us to develop a broad range of specialties. We treat children and adults with autism, and ADHD. We treat mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety disorders including panic attacks. We also treat psychotic disorders and any disorders related to chronic pain or medical conditions. I provide a safe space between virtual and in person therapy where an individualized approach is given. I am trained in a variety of modalities CBT, DBT, Trauma Based Therapy and Narrative Based Approaches. I customize my interventions to my clients, as I am a small boutique practice and am able to do that.

I am a Mental Health Service Provider seeing clients all across Pennsylvania and Delaware via teletherapy. I have been providing counseling services to children and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief since 2014. I work with clients to help reframe thoughts, feelings, and reactions and provide valuable tools to allow emotions to be better integrated and accepted.

Some of these issues may include life transitions, depression, anxiety, family conflict, relationship problems, parenting struggles, and drug or alcohol use.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. Many of my clients present with anxiety, depression, and problems in relationships. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a starting point with these issues. However, such problems may be symptomatic of deeper concerns such as trauma or an absence of meaning in one's life. In these cases, I may use ACT coupled with Ecotherapy or Three Stage Trauma Therapy. I feel that my effectiveness in helping clients derives from life experience, strong client advocacy, and a focus on the context in which clients' problems are found.

Through therapeutic modalities, I have had the opportunity to assist children and families during some of their most difficult times. I provide therapy on an individual and family basis. I have extensive training in trauma therapies and the effects on everyday living but also work with general anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns. I am focused on meeting the client wherever they are in their current state and finding a way to provide them with a safe environment that is focused on healing.
