I specialize in the evaluation and evidence-based treatment of mood disorders, anxiety and stress, trauma, interpersonal and romantic relationships (e.g., communication, parenting, conflict, and infidelity), women’s health (e.g., pregnancy, postpartum, menopause), disordered eating and body image, health-related behavioral changes (e.g., adjustment to chronic illness, making lifestyle changes to improve medical conditions or overall wellbeing), sexual health and behavior, and issues relating to LGBTQ+ identification.

I chose a career in counseling because I have always had a passion for helping others. I believe patients deserve a safe place to share and work on struggles in all aspects of their lives. I am a gender-affirming therapist and have completed certification requirements with WPATH, The World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I completed EMDR training with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I completed certification for treating ADHD. I am beginning the journey to becoming certified with AASECT the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.
