I work with individuals struggling to navigate mood disorders, anxiety, history of trauma, and interpersonal distress. Additionally, as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have first-hand experience with the challenges and fears that come with developing, growing, and accepting your identity. I believe healing can happen through processing your experiences and receiving empathy, support, and honest feedback.

Therapy can be a supportive way to navigate life changes and find hope in moving forward. I can certainly assist you in identifying and managing the symptoms that might be causing you some stress (ex: racing thoughts, not feeling like yourself, sadness, guilt, fear, or worry).

I work hard and collaboratively with my clients who are seeking counseling as well as life coaching. My desire is to help clients work through their issues (such as trauma, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, sexuality, addiction, parenting, spirituality, etc.) so they are able to development of a more integrated sense of self, experience increased individual meaning and purpose and have respectful and enduring relationships with others. In my work I like to come alongside people so they can put their past behind them, experience restoration and live life to the fullest potential.

On the outside it looks like you have it all together but on the inside it feels like your drowning. You find your mind is constantly racing with worry about how others will see you, fear they won't like you and everything you feel like you have to do. People often call you a perfectionist but that's just your way of controlling what they can see. You constantly feel shame or guilt when your life doesn't look like others. Only now you've done so much to try and keep up the perfect mask that you've forgotten who you really are. You've decided that you deserve to know and live life as your real self.
