I'm so glad that you’re here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in child, adolescent and young adult psychotherapy, and experienced with folks of all ages. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of established treatment and utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. I have supported youth, adults and families with complex and diverse needs, and who hold varied and intersecting identities. I'm experienced with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, family conflict, grief, school and work related issues, self-esteem and major life transitions.

We have successfully helped our client develop healthier coping skills and master the challenges that impact and affect their current emotional health. Whether working with individuals or couples, the particular intervention we use may vary according to individual or family needs. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families by creating a positive and caring treatment environment based on specific needs of each client. Using integrative, psychodynamic, CBT and interactive therapeutic methods, I help the client overcome the existing problem, implement behavioral changes, and explore his/her potential more effectively in everyday life. I am working in two locations: in Queens and Manhattan. My both offices is conveniently located in NY and it is easily accessible by public transportation. I have flexible working hours and I am open to scheduling counseling sessions on the weekends and late evenings, as well as any emergency appointments, if needed.

I have worked in the child welfare system for over 20 years. I understand the individual and family struggles that come along with domestic violence, trauma, sexual abuse, physical abuse, etc. I have worked in New York City for my entire career serving the diverse communities in dealing with immigration issues such as acculturation, separation and reunification.
