I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an office in Garden City. I work interactively with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I also work with couples who are striving to improve their relationship.

Pamela is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in Supportive Therapy to help clients between the ages of 27 – 65+. She received her Bachelor of Psychology from Hofstra University in Hempstead NY, and then followed with her Master of Social Work from St. Thomas University in St. Paul MN. Pamela believes everyone deserves a measure of joy, a measure of peace, and a measure of health. She is trauma- informed and solution focused, with her main intervention being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Taking the first step towards healing and growth involves tremendous courage and I strive to hold a safe space for my clients to share their truth, while not imposing judgment in a welcoming environment to feel heard, validated, and understood. I received my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Northridge and a Masters in Counseling Education from Hunter College.
