I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychologist specializing in evidence-based and holistic treatments for adults. Dedicated to work collaboratively with clients to help them feel empowered and able to achieve their goals. My areas of focus include: trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relational distress, women’s health, cultural diversity concerns, insomnia, nightmares, chronic pain, health/wellness, adjustment concerns, Veterans, and first responder. I have worked and trained internationally, including the United States, Caribbean/Latina America, and India.

As a marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, parents, children (6 and up) and families. I have a great working knowledge and experience working with individuals, groups, couples, and families within a therapeutic framework.

The Evidence Based Practice of Nevada (The EBP) is a behavioral healthcare clinic located in Henderson, Nevada. The EBP also serves neighboring Arizona and Utah. We are a team of highly-specialized licensed mental health care providers (including psychologists, social workers, and other therapists) who stay up to date with the most recent research and innovations in patient care. The EBP team provides comprehensive evaluations (such as neuropsychological, psychological, and psychoeducational testing and assessment), and treatment (psychotherapy) for a wide range of behavioral and mental health concerns across the lifespan.

The truth is that all of us go through tough times and there are so many of us who could really benefit from counseling. The LMWC is home to seven therapists.
