I have worked with various populations including couples, individuals, and teens. I strive to use treatment modalities surrounding cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy, and strength based work to help my clients. I have clinical expertise on anxiety and depression, trauma, addiction, couple and relationship issues, postpartum and perinatal issues, and self esteem. My goal is to assist clients in their journey for their mental wellness with the various knowledge and experience I have encountered over the years.

Village Counseling Services offers the longest running comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program in central New Jersey. To uphold the integrity of the DBT treatment model, we feature a structured and selective intake process and all members of our DBT Consultation Team have been intensively trained. We provide our clients with intensive, individualized treatment by maintaining a small therapist-to-client ratio and by offering DBT skills training in small groups. Our DBT program offers several DBT skills groups per week providing services to children ages 9 to 13, adolescents ages 14 to 18, adults and family members.

With a background in Psychology and Sociology and a master’s degree in Community and Trauma Counseling, I bring a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to my work.
