I have a background in both physical health and health psychology, and my approach to mental health treatment stems from a holistic perspective that includes mind, body and spirit. Some of the modalities I utilize include IFS, EMDR, CBT, expressive arts and somatic based therapies.

I will meet you where you are at and listen with genuine curiosity to understand what your goals are and what is truly important to you. Together, we will tap into your strengths to inspire true growth and change in your life. I believe everybody has the ability to unlock their greatest potential and I can be a guide to help you tap into that potential through empowerment and awareness. We will utilize many different interventions to fit your interests and needs so that our time together can be as healing, engaging, and enjoyable as possible.

I bring a lifetime of personal experience and ten years of nursing and wellness experience. I take an integrated, holistic approach to understanding each individual's needs to find wholeness, peace, mindfulness, and growth in recovery and self-discovery process. In a partnership with you, we will take a collaborative and integrated approach to your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healthcare and overall well-being in a safe place for your personal exploration.

Blue Lotus Wellness understands the difficulties that come with navigating mental health and finding a provider you can connect with. Our team of experienced counselors are here to support and guide you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. We work with adult men and women experiencing a variety of mental health issues including but not limited to addictions, trauma, self-esteem, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, chronic pain and more. We can provide Functional Medicine and medication management by our Nurse Practitioner as well as counseling support from any one of our professional counselors.

Whether you have been in counseling before or are starting for the first time, I work well with clients who are looking to further their self-exploration and understand how to live a more peaceful and balanced life. Whether you are struggling through a situational challenge or experiencing more chronic struggles you wish to understand and work through, I can be a support and guide.
