Maybe you feel like you don’t fully belong and you’re stressed. I bet that you’re also having a hard time feeling happy. I help my clients live a more authentic life for themselves while also honoring their values and culture. My goal is to support you in gently peeling back the layers, navigating what life throws your way, and teaching you skills to manage all of the stress.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I have been serving individuals from all walks of life, in all stages of life for over 20 years. West Virginia will always be home, but North Carolina is where I hang my hat. I welcome the opportunity to have a brief consultation with you to see if I can be of service to you or your loved one. I like the quote, "life is not a dress rehearsal". That being said, my perspective is that by prioritizing spiritual, emotional and relational wellness, the opportunity to live your best life is within your grasp. I provide an atmosphere of compassionate listening, skills training, and emotional support in a judgement-free, safe atmosphere. As you learn to harness your strengths and apply the skills that you develop through therapy, you will quickly begin to find the confidence you need to navigate life with purpose and meaning.

Through hypnosis, hypnotherapy techniques, and NLP, I assist clients with improving relationships, changing unwanted habits, weight loss, letting go of fears, phobias and anxious feelings, increasing their self-esteem, and helping them create a happy and fulfilling life. My counseling philosophy centers around providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. We will work together to identify and challenge unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and set meaningful goals that align with your values.

Life is a marathon and I believe that it is all about endurance. Sometimes we have to get a little help along the way whether it be a change of shoes, re-uptake of protein or a water break. There is this idea that we are weak when we seek others to help us out, but I also know that in life we cannot always persevere without a helping hand. I look forward to being an option of that new running shoe or Gatorade as we stride through the finish line together.

Dr. Randi Konikoff has a passion for helping clients to become students of themselves, thereby learning how to use their mind, body, and spirit in healthy and self-edifying ways. She is a Board Certified National Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Military Counselor, Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapy Instructor, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Certified Tele-Mental Health Counselor, Certified Brain Health Coach, Neuro-Psychotherapist. She is licensed in NC, SC, GA and VA.

I have worked with couples and individuals in marriage counseling. I also work with middle and high school students on self-esteem, self-confidence and social skills. I am a dementia specialist and have a passion for working with the elderly and their caregivers. I relate to and work with clients with chronic illness as I have Type 1 Diabetes. I love working with a variety of clients.

Denise McKercher is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Denise offers a person-centered approach and works collaboratively with her clients to make life-long mindset adjustments to maneuver through this crazy thing we call life. Outside of work, Denise enjoys football (Alabama Crimson Tide and Carolina Panthers), watching movies, and the theatre (acting, directing, and writing).

Cynthia Lezama-Bernal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Associate (LCSWA) with more than four years of experience working directly with developmental disabilities, Autism, behavioral disorders, and mood disorders. Cynthia has treated individuals ages 5-70, along with families, while utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy. Cynthia is diverse in her modalities to ensure the proper approach is applied according to the client's needs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who has been practicing since graduating with my master's in clinical mental health counseling in 2017. My areas of specialty are grief/loss, caregiver support (for individuals caring for those with illness, disabilities or dementia), anxiety, and depression.
