I incorporate an eclectic style that makes use of psychodynamic, person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused and cognitive therapeutic approaches which are adapted to each individual.
My experience includes over five years as a counselor at the Walk-In Counseling Center in Minneapolis and a year providing phone counseling at Crisis Connection. I possess over 20 years in the corporate world, and have experience working with diverse populations and providing counseling services for individuals and couples.
