I specialize in working with clients 9 - 65+ years old. Clinical expertise includes 20+ years of experience working with clients who have concerns related to: grief & bereavement, depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic abuse, relationship conflict, family conflict due to: separation or divorce, parenting issues, boundaries, unemployment & financial problems, illness or disability of a family member, taking on a caretaker role for a child, and/or parent, or both. Sudden death, long term illness of a family member, and dealing with mental illness within the family system.

I believe that therapy can greatly help with coping skills, with dealing with long- standing problems; and with stress and pain management. During COVID, many people have been focused on day to day issues relating to depression, anxiety, and PTSD; and are trying to cope with these in the best possible way. All types of mood disorders, anxiety, chronic pain and illness, and transitions feel more pressing. Some months I have not been able to accept new patients due to high demand for services and a full waiting list; other months I am able to accept 1-2 new patients.

Jules Olson is a current pre-licensed MFT-CT with more than 5 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Jules has experience in working with people between the ages of 6 and 65+ utilizing many therapy styles and techniques in her approach with clients. Jules currently works with clients ages 14 to 65+. Jules has practiced counseling with children, adolescents, adults, families, couples, and groups in both clinical/inpatient and outpatient settings. Jules adapts techniques from both traditional and creative modalities of therapy in aims to provide appropriate therapy for unique client.

Dr. Clement has more than 30 years of experience as a psychologist in an outpatient setting. She works with individuals from young adults through seniors, addressing a wide range of issues, including life transitions, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma. Her favorite mode of therapy is EMDR, an extensively researched and highly effective approach to helping people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety and depression. Dr. Clement counts it a privilege to walk with clients in the healing journey.

With 40+ years working as a psychologist, I work with a variety of clients struggling with mental health and life issues. Many clients seek my help for anxiety, depression, serious and persistent mental illness and life transitions. My patients include children as young as 7, adolescents, adults and seniors in their 80's.
