My name is Daniel Fick, and I’m a state-licensed (Michigan) clinical mental health counselor.
My therapeutic focus is working with trauma (e.g., emotional, physical, religious, and sexual) survivors; however, I am also competent and interested in working with individual clients suffering from depression and anxiety, as well as those wanting to improve their self-esteem and/or learn how to establish, implement, and maintain healthy boundaries.
I curate my therapeutic approach around each individual client, with regular use of Existential, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused theories, as appropriate.
