I enjoy working with both couples and individuals and have been trained in many therapy modalities. I am trained in Level 1 EMDR, Level 1 and 2 Gottman Couples Therapy, & DBT Methods. I have also attended Non-Suicidal Self Injury, Parenting, Trauma, Mindfulness, Anxiety and Mood Disorder seminars, and am equipped to help you in these areas and others.
