Savoring Circles for Women
A healing circle for women to unite based on indigenous practices. Topics will be mindfully picked related to relationships, race, career, trauma, and family stress. Participants will be enriched with various presenters providing expertise on body-based practices to heal from past trauma and feel empowered to have coping skills to be resourced with social engagement tools to maintain homeostasis.
