Hello, I'm Ginny Lindgren, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. As a therapist, my practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, and CBT, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My specialization includes addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and depression to suicidal risk, dual diagnosis, substance use, and OCD. I work collaboratively with adolescents (12-18), young adults (18-35), adults (35-45), and middle adults (45-65) to foster resilience and promote well-being.

Donna Duggan is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in Massachusetts with 14 years of professional work experience. Donna is experienced in helping clients with stress and anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, and parenting issues. Donna began her journey in mental health working with victims of sexual trauma and domestic abuse, guiding them on their journey from victim to survivor with empathy and compassion. Donna also has many years of experience working with adolescents. Donna is skilled at fostering a trusting space for clients to be honest without feeling judged. Donna earned her Master of Science in Clinical Counseling.

My office is conveniently located in the center of downtown, Amherst. I am a trauma informed clinician, and I approach treatment utilizing an anti-oppressive/liberatory framework. My work is relationship based and culturally responsive. I address issues of race, gender, sexuality, and class oppression fluidly, and integrate identity development and social position in treatment. My clinical orientation is psychodynamic and relational, utilizing cognitive and behavioral strategies when appropriate. Gabriela has more than 15 years of experience working with individuals and families affected by domestic violence. She has also worked on various levels of care, from inpatient to intensive outpatient. Kamini Hambly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of clinical experience which has included medical, private practice, and community health centers with supervision roles. Kamini has a passion for working with women who are struggling with self-esteem, relationship issues, and career and family issues. She also specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and families who are managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Kamini provides a safe space for clients to explore and identify experiences that have caused increased stress and move forward and manage more productively.
