Susan M. Pittman, MSW, LCSW, therapist at Northside Psychotherapeutics. Empowering people to make meaningful change in their lives has always been my passion. I offer a wide range of clinical skills developed over the past 30 years in the social services field working with teens, adults, and seniors. I have 13 years practicing as a licensed therapist. While I enjoy using a variety of therapy models and approaches, I find that first and foremost people simply need someone to listen, and help them alleviate their emotional distress. I feel inspired to work with people from all walks of life and am interested in collaborating with people to work through their trauma and hardship. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and feel especially drawn to the needs of those who have experienced abuse, particularly those in the LGTBQ+ community. I enjoy working with college students experiencing the stress of life transitions and adapting to the rigors and demands of school work and expectations. I also really enjoy working with individual teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families.

My name is Jennifer Linarello and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker skilled in helping clients deal with big life changes, anxiety, depression, trauma and much more. I see clients of all ages ranging from adolescents to seniors. Before I became a therapist, I worked as an elementary school teacher, so I have a strong understanding of how early development and family dynamics relate to mental health. Now, I've been working in mental health for over 22 years and I’ve helped countless clients make new connections and achieve major breakthroughs.

William R. Andrews is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor with over 40 years of experience in the mental health field. He earned a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University and a BA in Psychology from IUPUI. He has experience as a therapist working with adults and teenagers in various settings including inpatient and outpatient mental health, residential facilities, and community-based addiction programs. He primarily uses a person-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

While I am specifically interested in guiding children ages 3-11 who present with trauma, mood disorders, and/or disruptive externalizing behaviors towards a place of emotional regulation, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and adults older than the age of 65.

I believe in creating an open and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to unpack and share their stories, find ways to cope with stresses, and navigate life’s challenges. I see individuals, couples, and families of all ages. My approach is a client-centered, creative, and collaborative process that incorporates elements of mind- body-spirit to promote full-person well-being. I've always had an interest in working alongside individuals as they navigate their mental health journey. I find that individuals connect best with their varying emotions when they fully examine the meaning behind them and uncover the root cause of their struggles. As a therapist, I view my role as a fellow passenger during the therapeutic process. Jayson Harvey graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Psychology. Jayson continued his education at Capella University and completed a Master's in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He currently holds a Licensee in Mental Health Counseling and Addiction Counseling. Jayson has worked for 7 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with both mental health and addictions populations.

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana. I am also an art therapist. My training is from Herron School of Art and Design, through Indiana University-Purdue University. I have ten years of clinical experience. I have worked with children, adults, families, and the aging population (65+).

As an adoptive parent and former foster parent, as well as a professional in the field of foster care and adoption, I have a huge heart for the struggles of foster and adoptive parents. I see their need for someone to talk to who understands how difficult and yet rewarding is our calling to love hurt children. I offer trauma-focused therapy to address triggers resulting from parenting children from hard places. I am a TBRI educator and can also assist with implementing effective parenting strategies.
