I take a holistic approach to working with my clients and help them identify and utilize tools they already have as well as new, evidence-based interventions. I work with all ages, couples and families. I have four years experience in community mental health working with a wide range of diagnoses and populations. Since 2009, I have provided individual and group care in a variety of settings to Veterans and people with disabilities (with an emphasis on acquired disabilities). I completed my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and my Master's degree in Social Work, with an emphasis in Family Systems Theory, at Saint Louis University.
