Haley Holt earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and her Master's in Social Work degree at Valdosta State University. She completed her internship at Archbold Northside Partial Hospitalization Program, where she provided psychological services to meet a variety of presenting concerns. After finishing her degree, she worked as an inpatient therapist conducting individual, group and family therapy in a hospital setting. Haley's professional experiences also consist of working in a leadership role, with duties including supervising entry level therapists and collaborating with community service providers.

Chris currently holds licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After finishing his degree, he began working as a counselor with the Georgia Department of Justice, providing evidence based mental health and substance abuse counseling for detained youth and adults. He also worked as an independent contractor providing psychotherapy and substance abuse treatment in outpatient and residential settings, school systems, and foster homes. He has been providing clinical services to children and adults for over 17 years.

After receiving invaluable warmth & empathy during my own experience of therapy I felt obliged to give others the same compassion. I use my skills as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, Registered Yoga Teacher-500, & EMDR trained therapist along with IFS-informed parts work to help empower others to heal their wounds. I was motivated to earn the credentials of Registered Yoga Teacher-500 & Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator when my psychotherapy practice revealed to me that achieving whole-self healing requires not only addressing the scars of the mind, but also those held in the body.

I received my masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology at Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. I specialize in treating anxiety-related disorders and also specialize in working with attachment-based patterns and behaviors. I have background in working with individuals with past trauma. I use an integrative approach with adult clients to tailor therapy to best fit each individual client's needs.

Dr. Cindy Edins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Educational Psychologist. She holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling as well as a PhD in Educational Psychology. Dr. Cindy has over 20 years of experience counseling and 12 years of teaching psychology courses at local colleges/universities. Dr. Cindy has advanced training through the Beck Initiative for Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy for which she holds a current certification. She is also certified as a substance abuse counselor through the 7-Challenges program which supports the clients in making healthy decisions about their drug and/or alcohol choices.
