The health care system can be frustrating, soul crushing, and often traumatizing. I provide services to clients online in Connecticut and Washington state.

You are more than this moment, this feeling, this setback, and these thoughts that you just can't get out of your head. Depression and anxiety and oppression and trauma are all real and are all powerful forces that can do so much harm and make you doubt the value you add to the world and the love and respect you deserve. Those voices are not your voice, and I want to help you defeat them.
