Sara Lewis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that has over 11 years of experience. She specializes in treating children, teens, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Sara is passionate about assisting others in obtaining optimal mental health while managing challenges of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, career and professional issues, and social concerns. Sara completed her Master's degree in Social Work at California State University-San Bernardino, with a specialization in Children, Youth, and Families.

Tracie received her clinical training at the prestigious Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, California, allowing her to become adept at working with a very diverse and challenging population. Her current clientele is comprised of adults and adolescents, high school and college students, entertainment industry professionals, former executives, professors, athletes, stay at-home moms (and dads) and seniors. She utilizes individual, couples and family therapy, as well as modalities including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.

Debra Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience assisting teens, adults, and seniors. Her goal has been to focus on examining how the past may be affecting the present, teaching the strength and confidence needed to heal from feelings of anger, pain, helplessness, loneliness, anxiety, and depression, which often surface as a result of trauma.
