If so, you can benefit from these Coping Sensibly Skills Classes. These classes are designed to share evidence-based coping strategies with you in a workshop style setting in-person or via telehealth. Class sizes are intentionally kept small and all participants are encouraged to participate at a level that is comfortable for the participant. All participants must attend an orientation. Participants will be expected to support and maintain the privacy of all participants attending these classes.
