I have over a decade of experience in the field of clinical psychology. My main priority is helping clients to live a well-balanced and satisfying life. I have particular expertise in helping clients who are experiencing high stress, anxiety, OCD, grief, depression, or trauma. I also incorporate work on lifestyle components impacting mood such as sleep, weight management, nutrition, exercise, health concerns, and meditation.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. Together we will examine the areas you'd like to focus on in therapy and establish goals. I will ask for your active participation and introduce tools to help you reduce symptoms, build more positive thinking, and establish lifelong skills. I use a TEAM-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach and integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction methods into my practice.

I support individuals and partners preparing for and navigating pregnancy and managing the complex stress of parenting. I am highly effective at helping couples rebuild trust and heal from infidelity, affairs, addiction or other loss of trust. I believe you are the expert on yourself, your child, and your family. I will partner with you as a neutral, nonjudgmental support, lending my expertise as a holistic doctoral-level psychologist, to help find solutions, develop coping skills, and increase self awareness.
