I am a cognitive behavioral therapist with expertise in treating panic attacks, PTSD, and anger management. My personal experience with panic attacks, coupled with my research experience in neurobiology and education in health psychology, certification in trauma-focused psychotherapies, and recent clinical experience working for the US Special Operations Command Korea as an embedded psychologist, have led me to develop expertise in these areas.

I strive to be somewhat directive, engaging, and informative. I see my therapy style as being a catalyst for change, but the patient/client is doing the hard work to bring about desired changes in their life.

I am accepting new clients. I have over 33 years of experience in the field of counseling and addiction treatment. " Book Knowledge " helps but I also have 35 years of personal recovery from addiction to draw from and make effective assessments to help the entire family deal with the crisis.
