Within all people there is a compelling force to move toward life and fulfillment. There are challenges along the way, and in the midst of COVID 19, there is extraordinary stress. Health, relationships and coping is of paramount importance. Is there hope for my marriage? What impact is marital conflict having on my children? I specialize in co parenting after divorce and those contemplating divorce. My background allows me to work with chronic illness, as well as with medical students, residents and fellows experiencing both acute and long term stress, particularly in their personal and professional lives.
My specialties focus on diverse age groups including adolescents and seniors. Resolving relationship conflicts through the generations is a particular interest of mine. I apply the concepts of neuroscience and body oriented therapies to resolve long standing trauma.
For over 30 years I have worked to empower people to achieve their life's goals, and now during COVID 19 it is particularly challenging. Developing life skills, creating awareness and providing specific tools to overcome dysfunctional patterns can be life changing. I am here to support you in your growth and healing.
