I believe that we were all born complete and whole, deserving of lives that are happy and healthy. The experience of being human is full of potential and it is also complicated and sometimes painful. There can be challenges and pitfalls along the way – sometimes making it difficult to flourish or have the lives and relationships we would ideally like.
