Through my work and training as a former Superior Court Mediator with Family Court Services, I possess a unique set of skills that can assist you in reducing much of the anxiety related to divorce and custody issues. Understanding that separation and divorce is not the end of your family-it is a transition. One that takes adjustment and a reframing from all parties. In addition to working with couples to develop a parenting plan, I also work a divorce coach or a therapist to individuals depending on your particular needs related to your separation & divorce.

My hope for my clients is that I can help to guide you to a better relationship. That can take many forms and the work starts the day you call. I recognize that relationships are complex and there is no judgement or shame in making the choices one makes. Sometimes clients choose separation/divorce-others choose couples counseling- others, individual work. Through therapy, divorce coaching, child custody mediation, and post separation parenting, I am available to help you heal the wounds and move towards a positive future.

This group is focused on healing relationship concerns including: infidelity, trust issues, communication issues in intimate relationships, divorce and separation.
