I'm Amanda, providing in person and telemental health services to Colorado residents from emergent adulthood into seniority. I seek to provide a comfortable, welcoming space for clients to work through life’s challenges both large and small. Together, we’ll devote our time to cultivating growth and self-awareness while building upon existing strengths. We all have the ability to change, grow, and self-heal. Although my goal is to help clients discover and recover authentic solutions for their unique challenges; during our work together you may find that the solutions are already there, I just encourage bringing them to light!

My work with the dying and their loved ones has inspired me to live more fully, it has reinforced my commitment to advocate and support people through grief. Conscious grieving is hard work, even knowing it's a natural process, our culture still denies it. Feeling isolated by grief is an experience that is meant to be supported. Being a witness for the "grieving hearts" is one of the areas of privilege in my life. I am truly deepened in my own journey because of this sacred opportunity to do this rich work with people.

As a registered Naturopathic Doctor, I am interested in treating the whole person and discovering the underlying cause of imbalance or dis-ease. I address not only mental-emotional wellness, but the physical body as well. I provide safe, effective alternatives to medications for people who do not want to be on them or when they no longer work. If you have been through the medical model and are tired of not feeling heard or being offered treatments that don't work, there is a solution. I will customize a treatment plan to meet all of your individualized needs.

I am a license social worker with over 15 years of experience working teens, families, and individual in various settings. I enjoy helping to empower families and individuals to overcome past and present struggles in order to live healthy, full, hope filled lives. I believe in the importance of finding the root issues in a persons life in order to find true healing. I offer therapy to help address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and loss.

To me, inner work is about coming into enough self-knowledge to discern what is true to our nature by learning to integrate and develop unconscious energies in more fruitful and creative ways. I offer depth-oriented therapy informed by my doctoral training as a Jungian psychologist, to partner with you in relating to unconscious energies that shape your sense of self, noticing the repressed or unfamiliar energies within, and uncovering the guidance and messages within your dreams and symptoms.
