I work primarily with individual adults, ages 18+ who find themselves in need of extra support, whether due to sudden life changes or longer term issues.

I believe that all of us want to live meaningful lives, connected to loved ones and contributing to the world in some way. To do so, we must learn to fully accept ourselves, connect with others in healthy ways, and develop our unique gifts. My intention as a therapist is to create a warm and safe space for you to do the brave work of addressing past wounds, updating stories that keep you small, and helping you grow a sense of inner peace and outer resilience. I am a somatic psychotherapist specializing in Womens health. The foundation of my approach to psychotherapy is in addressing the needs of the nervous system, helping clients to understand their own behavior and to improve their ability to live in their desired experience (less anxious, less depressed, more hopeful, etc.).
