All couples have conflict, but emotionally abusive relationships wear away our sense of who we are and leave us doubting our sanity. I can help you understand what is your responsibility in the relationship, and what is not, and help you to cope if you decide to stay, or to move forward and recover if you decide to leave.
I also work with couples who struggle with frequent arguing, or conflict that never seems to get resolved. Together we can look at the faulty communication and interactional patterns that keep you stuck in the same old fights, and unlock those patterns to learn to resolve conflict more effectively and with less pain and anger.
Clinical Supervision: I provide supervision to LPC licensure candidates and am also approved by the LMFT Board to provide supervision to LMFT licensure candidates.
