I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families who struggle with poor communication, boundary issues, behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, and self harming behaviors. I specialize in treating teens and adults by incorporating Reality Therapy with Art Therapy techniques. By using creative expression clients are able to get in touch with what they feel, learn what they want, evaluate their behavior and make a plan for achieving the outcomes they desire. By choosing healthy thoughts and behaviors the client chooses a more fulfilling life.

ADULT AGE FEMALE ONLY COUNSELOR I see my role in the counseling process as that of a "change agent". Someone who is meeting you at possibly one of the worst times in your life and saying "I'm willing to walk with you through this journey". My desire is to help women who are tired of living a life that no longer works for them. Often stressful life events, such as relationship challenges, job problems, health issues, or coping difficulties can trigger suffering and the need for support.

After each session you will leave with HOPE and a PLAN. In my office we're casual; adults and teens call me Jan. We have a unique relationship based on confidentiality and trust. I only see people that I believe I can truly help. My practice is composed of female adolescents over 16 and women. You will leave each session with homework to keep your goals present daily. Todd and his wife Adelita are active members of First Baptist Church in Mansfield, Texas. They have two children, Avery & Aleksandra. Both he and his wife enjoy both indoor and sand volleyball, tennis, being outdoors, and working on the house. They value both friends and family and enjoy the opportunity to spend time with them. And, of course, they enjoy spending very valuable time with their blessed children.

I have a straight-forward, solution-based focus on making progress quickly. I am known for helping parents reduce conflicts with their sons, in particular, and have an emphasis on making parenting boys much more enjoyable and effective. I also have extensive experience in helping couples become more understandable to one another, and in providing them with relationship skills which enable both individuals to have their needs met.

Will Kantz is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has over 36 years of experience working with clients who present anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, and compulsive sexual behavioral issues. He can also integrate interpersonal dynamics unique to people of the Christian faith. Upon completing his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1988, Will began his professional career providing individual and group therapy in psychiatric hospitals.
