No matter who we are, our relationships influence and mold our experience of life. For most of us, though, that process is difficult and not without pitfalls. As a marriage and family therapist, I keep in mind the importance of relationships and how they affect and shape all of us. We want every survivor to have the opportunity to heal and be restored from their traumatic experience and thrive. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, primarily working with individual adults, although I have experience serving children and couples as well. My specialties are trauma, anxiety, depression and pain management. I use a variety of treatment modalities including: CBT, person-centered, behavioral relaxation training, and EMDR, depending on the needs of the individual.

I enjoy working with a wide range of issues in adolescents, adults, and couples, and I have extensive experiences with these populations. I work best with clients who are self-motivated and seek therapy on their own so they are ready to apply themselves outside of therapy.
