Scarlett Olivares obtained her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo in 2004. Scarlett obtained her graduate degree (with honors) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hodges University. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children, teens, couples, individuals and groups.
