Peace Counseling, LLC is a calling and passion. Seeking to support individuals, couples and families who want to make changes in their lives, but who need some support while doing so. Once engaged you will receive support and an authentic approach for your individualized need. We will navigate the chaos together and collaborate on how best to create your sense of peace while exploring your experience. As a therapist I will offer clinical approaches based on the needs and stage of change you find yourself.

Anxiety, depression, and the other experiences that bring us to therapy are some of life's greatest challenges, but in therapy they become valuable opportunities for growth. Through therapy our struggles become an opening to deeper self-understanding, to new ways of living, and even to new beginnings. Our suffering asks us to seek help and to find a place where we may learn to better help ourselves. In the supportive context of therapy we begin to see our symptoms and difficulties in a new way- as the first difficult steps on a journey of learning and growth.

I work with those who feel disconnected from their original self, to reconnect and experience full-body, heartfelt, vibrancy in their life. I work from the perspective that our psyche is purposeful and always working to heal us. Often, our inner voice, innate wisdom, and desire to move toward greater connection with ourselves and others gets lost in the pain and struggle of life. Instead of being a strength, we lose contact with our deepest, truest self. I seek to co-create a therapeutic space where clients can explore their lives, deepen their self-awareness, create a sense of inner spaciousness, and reconnect with forgotten parts

You deserve to be happy. Therapy doesn't have to painful. I want to find out about you and help you find the solutions that work for you. Life is too short to be in bad relationships, or to let trauma control us or to be anxious and angry all the time. I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life on life's terms, and to find meaning and purpose in your family, friendships, work, spirituality and all other life's areas. During my 24 years as a therapist I have helped individuals, couples and families find healing and understanding.
