Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years experience working with individuals, couple, and families and getting mostly positive results. I tend to work with individuals and families with special challenges such as teens and seniors.

I am committed to assisting my clients navigate through life’s challenges and identifying their unique strengths. My goal is to help clients learn how to heal past wounds and create healthier, more satisfying relationships with themselves and others. My clients are looking to move past addictions, fear, overthinking, trauma, depression, and anxiety to achieve more of what they want most out of life.

I am a license professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I graduated from The University of Scranton where I received a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, oncology and resilience counseling, grief counseling, addictions counseling, co-occurring disorders and other severe mental health disorders, as well as personality disorders, couples therapy, and group therapy. My method of therapy mainly involves psychoanalytic theory.

I am PA/NJ licensed clinical social worker with over 20 yrs experience. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my MSW in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I find that telehealth is much more accessible and convenient for clients as we are still able to do amazing work!

Our associates believe that clients are the experts on their lives and we are guides to help them get to their ideal selves. We use cognitive-behavioral, insight oriented therapy as well as other modalities to help clients achieve their goals. While we are nurturing and kind as therapists, we also believe in keeping clients accountable to work toward their initial purpose for entering therapy. We are qualified to work with most issues that a client may present with, with the exception of sexual offenders.

In my 13 years of counseling experience I have built an eclectic toolbox of counseling skills geared towards helping the client to feel safe to work towards their goals, allow themselves to be vulnerable and facilitate emotional growth.
