I have been providing psychotherapy for over 20 years to adults and adolescents. I am an empathic listener who seeks to create a safe environment in which to explore what is getting in the way of my clients' contentment in life.
I have had success working with clients struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, relationship problems, perfectionism, as well as mood issues and trauma. I have completed postdoctoral training from Columbia University's Counseling Center and NYU's Psychoanalytic Training Program. I have also been supervising doctoral students for many years.
