Therapy Insights Practice is a group therapy practice located in Midtown West, Manhattan. Our approach is trauma informed/skill based in nature and we apply a wide range of techniques including CBT, DBT, EMDR, SFBT and EFT to address issues including complex trauma, mood/anxiety disorders and relationship issues.
