I strive to be present and provide an atmosphere that feels safe--allowing room for my clients to be present in themselves as they move through their process. Therapy should be a safe place where an individual can feel they have control to address their concerns and receive support and therapeutic strategies to build their skills. As your therapist I will provide a non-judgmental environment for you work on whatever brings you to therapy. I have been in practice for over twenty years working with individuals, families, adolescents and children. My goal is to assist my clients with utilizing their strengths to build their ability to manage issues that may be interfering with daily functioning.

Together, we will sort through what change needs to be made, what's getting in the way, what supports and resources are available, and we'll formulate goals to help track progress. In the process, we'll work to develop coping skills and strategies to support the process of change, while also identifying the old patterns that are no longer productive.

Skilled in EMDR and After Death Communication, I specialize as a trauma-informed LMHC, Spirit Medium, Energy Psychology practitioner, Grief Educator, and Reiki Master/Teacher. My focus is creating a bridge of peace and love between you and departed loved ones, aiding your healing journey. I've learned that our connections persist beyond life, influencing us through after-death experiences. Using EMDR and IADC, I enable the enduring energetic presence of these relationships.

I am not currently accepting new clients. I provide individual trauma therapy and substance use counseling to adults at who are interested in resolving the impacts that trauma has had on their lives and/or exploring the role substances have played in their lives. More specifically, I offer Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD, Written Exposure Therapy for PTSD, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I have significant training and experience working with PTSD, complex trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and substance use.
