Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress; have experienced a major loss, like death or divorce; or are adjusting to the pressure of being the primary caregiver to elderly parents or children, I will work with you to overcome all of these challenges.

I received my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in Camden and my graduate degree in Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University in New Brunswick in the Addiction Counselor Training (ACT) Certificate program. I am proud to have my TF-CBT Certification through the successful completion of the National Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Therapist Certification Program. This is a wonderful therapeutic intervention for youth ages 3 to 18, who have experienced trauma.
