I am only working online virtually with the app Zoom (HIPPA security), available for cell/tablets, it can be accessed directly on your PC. If you send you your email I’ll send you an activation link. I work with anyone that wants to create change in their life! Anyone that is choosing to move on to a more fulfilling life, it doesn’t matter where that motivation comes from! It could be from deep inside them or someone else helping them to see the need. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy and hypnotherapy as primary tools for trauma, PTSD, and adverse childhood events (ACE).

Counseling services focus on helping families and individuals build skills that increase healthy behaviors and foster resiliency. Symptoms and challenges are addressed using a CBT, DBT, Adlerian, and/or a client centered ‘strengths and solutions’ based approach. Emphasis in sessions include gaining awareness of negative self-talk and habits, learning tools to change behaviors, and rewriting new scripts that illuminate strengths, acceptance, and self-discipline. Sand Tray techniques and Play Therapy are additional approaches to help clients process emotions and progress in their goals.

Cecilla studied and graduated in psychology in her native country of Peru. After immigrating to the USA, she has earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has completed AMO academy's required training and evaluation and was awarded the title of Master Hypnotherapist certification. Currently, Cecilla is pursuing her master's degree in Clinical Psychology. She believes in focusing on guiding the client to find the root cause of the mental difficulties and working together to meet desired goals.
