I have counseled seniors living with dementia, as well as depression and anxiety. I have coached caregivers who find themselves balancing work responsibilities with care needs of children and aging parents. Most of my clients have similar goals: to be happier,improve relationships,and find a better quality of life.

I'm grateful for 30 years in private practice working across the lifespan & 43 yrs in medical, mental health, correctional & military settings. I utilize Evidence-Based approaches & "3-5 Day Intensive Therapy Retreats" that provide rapid recovery for individuals experiencing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship issues & life-transitions.
