I offer psychotherapy treatment to teens, adults and couples. My specialties include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for treatment of trauma and PTSD. I am a certified EMDR therapist and an EMDRIA Consultant. I specialize in treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, and addiction. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I also work with clients who have ongoing medical conditions that cause emotional distress and I provide Christian Counseling upon request.
