I am a substance use/mental health therapist who specializes in individual and group therapy/education and collaboration with community resources to better support clients in making long-term changes. I believe in helping clients make changes within their value system and take a holistic view throughout.
My experience for the past 24 years has been assisting persons who exhibit symptoms of substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma and/or other behavioral symptoms. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor who's looking to help the people in my community.
