I work with clients to move beyond performance, perfectionism, anxiety, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and strained relational cycles by transforming the deeper emotional and attachment patterns that live underneath. Together, we work toward lasting change that is not only understood intellectually but deeply felt and lived.
