This is a journey of self-exploration in which we learn how to calm the body and soothe the inner child while detecting the disruptive patterns we develop which worked to keep us safe, but now hold us back, so we can begin thriving, not surviving.
This may sound like a tall order, and it does not happen overnight as it takes time to trust others with our stories. This process is your process and will be just that. With that said we likely have all had our vulnerability weaponized at some point, whether we realize this or not and this is a safe place to learn how to trust again.
During my time as a therapist, I have worked in various settings, with a wide variety of individuals, spanning from many mental health struggle, substance use/addiction to couples’ therapy. I am a certified trauma therapist, and helping others find healing and inner peace in their lives is my passion.
