Elana Rimler's Groups
Depression Support Group
NEW GROUP BEGINNING MONDAY, JANUARY 24TH. Struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma? There has been a lot interest in this group as of late and I plan to hold the group virtually until we can meet in person. Please email me about your interest/availability so that I can create a group time that meets your needs. More information can be found at: www.lotuspsychologypractice.com
Misadventures in Parenting
Parenting is probably the hardest thing you will ever have to do! I am not just a psychologist with an expertise in parent training, but also a mom to 4 children. The struggle is real! This group will help you focus on practical strategies to implement to help you get a better grip on how to approach your children. This group is geared toward parents of children ages 3- 8.
Tween Scene
While social skills is associated with interaction with peers in a group setting, we are charged with the task of thinking more flexibly in our new normal. With that, I would like to offer a social skills group for middle school kids. Parents are certainly concerned about the loss of social skills garnered during the school year. It is my aim to meet the needs of so many children who do not have the opportunity to readily practice interacting with peers with the support of a trained doctoral level psychologist. Please check out my website: www.lotuspsychologypractice.com for information.
