I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy; a highly effective model for both couples and individuals. In our work together, we explore the dominant emotions and patterns in your life to uncover underlying needs and suppressed feelings. Experience and training in: perinatal mental health, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions.
