At Green Willow we specialize in working with teens, adults and couples who are struggling with childhood trauma and abuse, PTSD, relationships, women's concerns, depression, anxiety, stress, LGBTQ, and life adjustment concerns. We work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with mood disorders, family dynamics, coping skills, and emotional dysregulation. We provide a peaceful and supportive environment to explore past traumas, discuss current concerns, and plan for a more fulfilling future. We believe that each of us has the capacity for healing and growth, and that within us we contain the answers for a more joyful life.

We use trauma informed and spiritually-guided modalities in our practice, such as: IFS, ACT, EMDR & TF-CBT. These are evidenced-based and proven tremendously effective in providing relief from trauma-related disorders. We also implement mindfulness, guided meditation and other spiritually-based modalities in session to strengthen a sense of safety and calm.

Green Willow is a group practice and as a team we are passionate and collaborative in our our approach. We offer a free consultation in order to see which therapist might be the best fit for you.
